@IterIntellectus Great stuff, lifting good. But not all inflammation bad, just too much inflammation bad. Dietary inflammation mostly bad. But no Inflammation mean no muscle recovery and cell regeneration. A little dietary inflammation from phyto-chemicals good too for Hormesis. rate my comment
