I'm baffled by this tweet. Donald Trump's financial disclosure forms show the people managing his money made 3600+ transactions between January and March. Is Eric Trump really claiming that these were all index-fund transactions? If so, why would you need to make 3600 trades?

@JamesSurowiecki It’s called HFT and all the hedge funds do this. It minimizes price exposure.
