
Absolute wild interaction with Logitech customer support.
@Logitech @LogitechG_ANZ I love the products, truly do.. But in no way is this acceptable in any way shape or form.
I have 2 faulty logitech gpro x superlights still under warranty. After dealing with support over the last 24hrs this is one of the responses i had back. How is this acceptable? How does this provide a solution?
After i said no they want even more personal information, asking if im 18+ and they they will offer me a refund as ONE TIME COURTESY.
Mind you they want all of your personal information, and i mean everything just shy of DOB for a simple warranty claim and will refuse to proceed without EVERY bit of information. This included, address, email, full name mobile number, your age..
Im still truly gobsmacked.
