Can not believe @O2, after 7 years with them I’ve had enough and am ready to leave, their customer service is awful, the way the phone handlers spoke to me was appalling, the worst service I’ve ever received, fuming!!!!😤 anyone looking to swap to o2 I wouldn’t bother!!!!!
