Update: Our technical teams have started to see 4G service returning to our network. We're hoping this will be fully restored by 3am this morning. We’ll continue to monitor the service and share any further updates on status.o2.co.uk
@O2 It’s not been a great day for O2 but I hope you’re checking that your customer facing staff are ok after what I can imagine has been a day of abuse & blame aimed directly at them by some O2 customers (even though it’s absolutely not their fault)
@O2 Don't think you're fully restored yet! I tried to send two texts at 7am this morning. Neither delivered. Had to resort to hotel WiFi and send WhatsApp instead.
