@O2 Looking at changing tariff contact centre not very helpful as i literally want to change the tariff but said I can’t because I have a device plan yet call centre called two weeks ago to offer a deal but unfortunately the connection went. Feeling disappointed with o2 after 15+ yrs
@O2 Looks like quite a lot of people are saying the same thing. Us loyal customers get no thanks for sticking with you but new customers get champagne, freebies in the post, free Netflix, maybe try listening to the loyal customers and try offering something worthwhile to make us stay
