@VodafoneUK Hi guys received email saying i can switch to your unlimited plan. Just tried on your live chat to change over and was told it was for 5G phones only. Why send it to me if i cant use it :(
@Lukeyyy07 Hi there Luke, our new 🔥 unlimited plans are 5G enabled! Don't worry if you don't have a 5G ready phone, you can still use as much 4G as you like without worrying about going over. Rasheed
@VodafoneUK So why was I told I cant change my plan over as i would have to buy a new phone as the plan wouldnt work with my current phone? 🤔 Going round in circles atm 😪
@Lukeyyy07 You would need a 5G ready device to use our 5G network, Luke. If your device isn't 5G enabled, you'd connect to our 4G network as you would now, and you'd have unlimited data! Rasheed
@VodafoneUK So I was lied to by your customer service and now I have to go through all the waiting and security to try and change plan again. Great 😪 Probably easier to switch network at this point
