Not impressed that @O2 network stopped working in my area with power failure. Where’s battery backup?!

@brianmicallef Emergency calls can be made on any mobile phone network, not just your own. If you are somewhere where your network doesn't have reception but another does, you get Emergency Calls Only.

@O2 Unfortunately, my phone was connected to O2 but could not call, SMS or use data. So couldn’t switch
