23rd august. No o2 signal. Use Wifi to access chat. Told its a sim problem. Spend hours trying to get my sim out. Following a process map to fix my phone. 1 of many

@O2 Dont use 02. 23rd aug no signal mast issues. Update on 30th august. O2 chat hang up. O2 twitter spend 2 days ignoring problem. Find out myself about the mast. Refused a manager callback. Told to ring a premium number to complain. Took a full 3rd day to get them to raise complaint
