@O2 For the last few days my O2 phone has been absolutely dreadful for voice calls. Is there a known issue? Lots of others from widely different areas have the same issue. Calls just drop multiple times a day. It's a bit embarrassing!

@lanlith We look into reports on an individual basis Mark so based on what you're telling us, it could indicate a possible SIM and/or phone issue. What make and model of phone are you using? Is the software up to date? How long have you had your current SIM card?
