@O2 updated my tariff today and lost my friends and family bonus without any warning??? Can this please be resolved

@O2 Hi I got this applied by a staff member (not an actual friend or family member) 4 years ago. I upgraded my tariff today but I was not presented with any warning that I would lose this benefit, I don’t feel I should have lost this bolt on without a warning or prompt

@RoweBJRowe Hmm, okay. To clarify, was this a tariff change or did you upgrade to a new contract? After upgrading, you would need to reapply for the discount.

@O2 Just a tariff change I believe? I went from 3gb to 9gb data. I had no warning that the bolt on would be removed as I would have reconsidered otherwise
