@O2 Hi I got this applied by a staff member (not an actual friend or family member) 4 years ago. I upgraded my tariff today but I was not presented with any warning that I would lose this benefit, I don’t feel I should have lost this bolt on without a warning or prompt

@RoweBJRowe Hmm, okay. To clarify, was this a tariff change or did you upgrade to a new contract? After upgrading, you would need to reapply for the discount.
