@O2 Been a long, long standing O2 customer and always been happy with the service. They’ve messed my recent order up. Spoke to customer services via “chat” and very unhelpful. “They understood my point of view!” but did nothing to sort it. Now a disgruntled O2 customer!
@O2 Received the recording of my call with O2 where it was confirmed to me that I WAS overcharged and that I WILL be getting a £60 refund, which still didn’t happen, as O2 then denied i was ever over charged
Any suggestions where would be best to post and share that recording?
@O2 Everyone, don't pay for O2 they will rip you off your money with nothing in return.
Today I payed 10£ and they didn't put the money on my account.
They are thieves!!!
@O2 And don't try to sort anything out with the resolution team, you'll be mid discussion, making an agreement, then they'll send your dispute to a debt company with no warning and charge you £70because of it
@O2 Hi O2, my tech savvy grandparents are in Oz over Christmas using O2 PAYG, gran is worried as she said her welcome text said sending a text would charge BOTH the sender and receiver? Even though receiver is in the UK, is she right?
@O2 Hi o2 why are you letting companies charge me for premium rate texts every month that I have not subscribed to. This is blatant fraud and your doing nothing about it. I have brought this to your attention and just telling me there’s nothing you can do does not work for me.
@O2 I'd settle for a working mast in my area. 7 weeks it's been down now and I have no signal at home. I'd rather pay a bit more and not be tied into a contract so I can switch more easily without penalty.
