@O2 @DisneyPlusUK Hello, I have been trying to chat online all day but it keeps saying they are busy. I’m trying to upgrade my phone but have a discount code so can’t just do it on the app. My phone keeps freezing and I’m now working from home so needing to get a new one ASAP. Can you help?
