@O2 @NSPCC All I'm wanting is for my sim card to be activated so I can actually text/call and use my data rather than being charged for data that I'm unable to use. But how are we supposed to contact you when your call center and messaging services aren't open

@O2 Hi O2, I keep trying to contact you regarding my bill but my call keeps being disconnected from your call centre as deemed not critical. Who do I speak to regarding the additional £43 on top of my bill that has been taken?
