@O2 my 3g has vanished on new sim, phone support won't let me through and tech support online hasn't worked. I need 3g internet over the weekend for my on-call work. Can anyone help please?
@O2 Also others living in this area are not having the same issue so I don't think it can be the mast. I've updated the APN and tried the sim in another phone...nothing. Help much appreciated.
@O2 Thanks I've done all of that - it says there is work on a mast nearby but the signal has been gone completely since at least yesterday just seems odd as it is a new sim too.
