@O2 O2 failed me woefully as an organisation & network provider. complained of constant network failure, customers service asked me to use home WiFi, switch my phone off & on every 30 minutes tech team called can’t fix in 24 hours, Want me continue losing business daily 07449131444.

@O2 Constant phone calls “failing” been like this since the maintenance work in SG1 area on 1st Sept. I can’t connect or it connects and then cuts off and says call failed on my screen. O2 says there’s no problem in my area. everyone on my local Facebook says they have the problem to

@O2 Is o2 system stupid? You have credited £15 to my next month's bill due to an error your side so now sending me letters notice of enforcement and termination because you owe me money bills all up to date and full payment take today by direct debit as it has been for 28 years!!

@O2 How come 02 know about the 8222 number that cons us out of money every month and don’t notify us £6 a month love had taken from my account for over 18 months this happens to lots and lots of customers l bet 02 make a tidy sum from this they do it very sneakily either by fraud
