@O2 worst customer service ever. sent my phone in for repair on 14th Jan and they recieved it on the 15th but it still hasn't been fixed & no correspondence from them I've had to contact them 5 times & 2 days ago an agent said he will email me the next day I'm still waiting 😡

@O2 I've just sent a DM. I hope something gets sorted as it has been so long to get repaired. And as a long and loyal customer I'm losing faith in O2.
