@O2 I have o2 chasing me for a phone contract that has been opened in my name and address I contacted your team in the beginning of November and still the fraud team have not contacted me get letters daily chasing payment and threatening legal action never dealt with such a company

@O2 Meanwhile, paying customers wait forever to speak to O2 via chat. We just need to cancel our Apple watch data plan. If you don’t want to spend money on staff so be it, but at least give us the option to cancel services ourselves.

@O2 How can I easily make a complaint? Made the huge mistake of upgrading with o2, total disaster, I’m out of pocket due to misinformation and poor customer service. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday, I’m still waiting.. oh then there was the non existent loyalty discount

@O2 How do I get you to listen or take notice? O2 sent out a sim through Virgin media - which we did not want as it's £13 more a month than our current sim. We returned the sim IMMEDIATELY. You took £25 from our bank account last month - and I cancelled the DD.We are now 'in debt!'
