@O2 That’s the reason why I moved from @ThreeUK after a few loyal years. They couldn’t maintain usage in Europe and even suggested that I should request this in writing from you when I said that O2 weren’t charging extra. Think this tweet says it all, don’t you?

@O2 I bought a SIM card to use in Europe and it did not work at all. So very disappointed.

@O2 It was great in Malta last year but turkey we will need WiFi or a local sim !
