@O2 honestly 02. You are completely useless in the USA. 5 weeks here now and all I get is EDGE on your T-Mobile network. Tried all your support options. I can’t actually phone your support team to discuss!

@errkeith Hi Keith, we're sorry to hear this. Which State are you roaming in? What make and model of phone are you using? Is your software fully up to date? Have you tried connecting to a different network in the settings of your phone? Drop us a DM to let us know, we want to help.

@O2 Still not resolved with any solution or explaination since August 18th. You just say your tech team are working on it. I’ve explained in detail to at least four of your team. Pillar to post as usual. No call back. Rubbish.
