@O2 I ordered a SIM for my child under O2 family (1 hr on hold) and it has not arrived. Your bot Aurora does not understand my query, I can't seem to get a human by dialling 2202 and your agents are busy on the messaging. What should I do please?

@O2 To obtain O2 Family 6th Sep spent 1hr on the phone to 3 different depts. Contract rec'd by email but no SIM arrived. 26 Sep I called and no trace of the 6 Sep contract was found your side. I spent a further 32 min + 54 min to 3+ departments, ended up starting from scratch.
