@O2 Hey, so I’m not a wizard and therefore not able to create magic. You’ve cut my service for an unpaid bill whilst I’ve been in hospital. App/online won’t accept my payment. Can’t call 202/0800 as just beeps and goes off?!!!

@DanielModelMgmt You should still be able to call us on 2729 if you are restricted. Is your phone showing signal but you can't make calls or do you have no signal at all?
