@O2 I placed an order on 03.01.2023 and have been told I would have communications within 24hours on 4 separate occassions.. and I have still NOT had any communication, NOR do I have my order. You took the payment. This is not fair.

@O2 Hi, it was the deal for the new xbox series. It apparently went to the credit check team.

@O2 I have checked all folders, including spam, daily. The money was taken from my bank, not returned.
