@O2 It logged me out my O2 account and the app and website haven't been working since before 10am. How are people getting tickets? Haven't seen 1 person that has. This is a mess.

@O2 you really need to come better than that. neither the app or the website was woking before the presale had even started. and tickets are selling to whom? bots and scalpers???

@O2 Once again a ticket fiasco. Had tickets reserved wouldn't let me check out. It's the same on every big gig sale, always apologies but no solution...

@O2 What the hell is going on with your app?? I’ve been trying to get onto it since 9:45 to buy Beyoncé tickets! What’s the point of being with O2 if your App can’t cope with demand?

@O2 @virginmedia Shame you can’t even cope with the odeon cinema tickets every week counts down to time then all I get is “something went wrong”

@O2 Phone app isn’t working at all! Requested for a login code TWICE and had this message TWICE but the code never came! Absolute customer service and PR disaster!

@O2 You don’t apologise at all. You’re not in the slightest bit bothered as long as tickets sell. The question is, if people can’t get on the app to buy tickets, then who is purchasing them?

@O2 Was on the app watching the sales countdown.....kicked off 20 mins before they opened, and not been able to get back on again since??!!! How is this fair? Will no doubt have sold out by the time I get back on!!!!

@O2 Me and my friend have been on the site literally since 9:40 and have seen no change on the screen from “something went wrong”. What is the point of priority if it doesn’t work ????????? “Keep the app running smoothly” like what does that even mean? How about fix your app looool

@O2 You simply cant handle demand like this. Exact same with Peter Kay. I never got tickets for that and now I expect I wont be able to buy these either!!!

@O2 Trying to contact O2 is utterly ridiculous
I left EE after 20 years for what i thought would be for the best,this has already after only 4 days proved to be the wrong choice.
I wish to put a complaint in please
