@O2 trying to pay off my device plan and settle close my account. 3 live chats later and on hold for 40 minutes with no luck. Absolute shambles and have been a customer for more than 15 years. Please contact me ASAP

@O2 Nothing to do with a technical issue, more that I’ve spoken to 4 different people and I am getting complete misinformation from all. All I want to do is close my account, I need to settle my device plan and stop my airtime bill. It should be very simple
