@O2 I'm a new Big Bundles customer. I tried to claim £10 free credit (o2.co.uk/termsandcondit…) but it failed to apply. I called customer service but your contractors in South Africa were unhelpful & knew nothing about offer. My local store said they couldn't help as franchise.
