@O2 Been locked out of my account and customer service cant get me back in. On hold for hours last 2 days and no further forward! Im trying to upgrade my phone and see my options.
@MVP_129 Hi Josh ☹️ Have you been locked out of your account due to too many incorrect password attempts? This usually resets itself after 24 hours, has that timescale passed?
@O2 Yes thats passed. Ive spent over 6 hours on the phone/hold to customer services the last 3 days, with no actual help from anyone. Still unable to access my account and just got cut off from latest call after waiting on hold... Why is this so difficult?
