@O2 Yes I did and text Double to 2424 (then called 3 times). Still no extra data however

@davidclose When did you activate your sim? It can take up to 72 hours for the extra data to appear. Please bear in mind that this won't show through My O2. You can text BALANCE to 20202 to view your remaining data allowance.
