@O2 Very disappointed with O2 it's a terrible service been trying to get through over 2 weeks no one is bothered to answer my call.O2 have merged with Virgin Media I cannot access my account nor can I access my volt. This is unacceptable for O2 not help their customer or answer calls

@O2 Priority is a creaking gate system that isn’t fit for purpose. They use the old excuse Unprecedented demand when it fails catastrophically. Don’t bother with it.

@O2 I'm trying to be polite, but since the 12th July I've been trying to get my son's SIM activated and all I KEEP being told is to wait 24 hours... for nearly a MONTH 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ...what am I supposed to do?

@O2 I left Three because o2 seemed to be better, that turned out to be a wrong move. I thought o2 was in almost every part of the country. However, I’m in Lydney in Gloucestershire and there isn’t an inkling of o2, but guess what? Our Three dongle has a signal.

@O2 I’m now over seven days since sending an email to complaints and still no reply and have been chasing O2 since 14th June to raise a compliant.
The service you provide is disgraceful.
I have wasted hours trying to resolve this and you apparently have no interest in trying to help.

@O2 An absolute joke of company, try complaining to them. 5 days before they look at it and guess what never even called me . I don’t recommend O2 to anyone @O2 #O2terribleCS
