@O2 Customer service zero. No help. No response abroad from them. Great when it was Virgin but truly awful when it became O2. Glad to say I’m changing provider when I’m back from my hols. Can’t wait !

@O2 All I want is to use my phone to receive incoming calls, make calls, receive and send texts. Should be simple as you promote yourselves as a telephony company! Alas, you can't even manage this simple bloody thing you shower of......! I'm going high with this, I'm pissed off. @O2
