@O2 It’s not happy. Over a week later and my delivery next day as advertised on your website has still not arrived. Your complaints team has still not gotten back to me. Your customer service is shocking and non existent. 10yrs of O2 and this has me wanting to change networks

@O2 Since yesterday I am getting reports via social media from customers that they have called us but our phone doesnt ring and says "not available, try again later or send a text".
Tried to contact your support, it keep saying "try later". Please resolve this asap!
