Hey @O2 any advice as to how to get a phone unblocked on your system. 4 different agents spoken to (3 on phone 1 on chat) - each agent had a different story. 137 minutes on hold listening to the worse music ever. Account fully up to date and but blocked since Monday. DM sent

@O2 Yep that now makes 6 people from o2 who now have contacted me. 5 different reasons why this has happened and still no one able to sort the basic issue out. My advice to anyone thinking of going with o2 is to avoid.
