@O2 @O2 getting loads of Scam calls after the #SCAM incident I had. This one said they are from central telecom from Birmingham saying about my #O2 account which was incorrect. #fraud

@O2 Got this email a few mins ago. Says my order to be delivered next day but the delivery date is 25 September. You guys realise that was almost 2 weeks ago? This is shocking

@O2 I like it when I switch to another network for a better deal. What a shame @O2 are such a joke. Apparently I was rejected for credit - despite having an excellent rating. Well, that's my business lost - I'll be terminating my @virginmedia contract too after this debacle. 👋

@O2 You also don’t like returning calls on complaints either or actually following through with any promises of rectifying your mistakes to your customers detriment.
