@O2 @O2 @MarkEvansO2 @VMO2business Shambolic customer service - cut off numerous times and wasted over 16 hours trying to sort this out, to no avail. I have also contacted your CEO and board, with no response.
Is this the type of service you offer to a customer of over 30 years?
