@O2 I receive Virgin mobile free (which I do not use) as part of my Virgin broadband package. I received an O2 sim + letter saying this was replacing my Virgin sim. I threw it in the bin as it was not needed. Now I am receiving letters from O2 saying I owe them money.....scam, right?

@O2 Wow 7 weeks trying to deal with a complaint, no Internet data for 2 months, failed manager call backs, the complaints team not responded to their emails for 4 weeks, they email me today to tell me my bills going up😯worst customer service I've ever experienced avoid o2
