@O2 I have a complicated issue regarding a sim given to me via Virgin media and the billing. Hung on 20 mins to call centre . Got through then the call dropped as obviously too complicated. What’s a direct number to call

@O2 O2 I assume. 2 years ago when taking out a virgin media package I was obliged to pay 1/3 of the price to O2 and got a sim.
