@O2 Have been charged £60 for accepting two phone calls while abroad. Which were less than 20mins. Will be cancelling my contract on my return. More than the £2 per minute ( which was stated) to receive a call. @O2

@O2 You’re still charging me for the insurance on a contract I cancelled with you. You assured me at the point of cancellation that no more payments would be taken, you’ve taken a further two and phoning your “alleged” customer service is a complete waste of time.
