Happy Monday to everyone except the person who decided to capitalise Online on WhatsApp. Took me two weeks to realise what has changed 🤯

@O2 Complete waste of time requesting help on here, it’s a typical 02 service all about appearing to want to assist but no action , good luck with the outsourced call centre if you ever need them, there main driver is to get you off the call or back into the 40m queue

@O2 Your Eltham team has made my life miserable by blocking my sim. Can you please asap as I am in distress because of no replacement sim and can't access my bank accounts or emails..Please respond

@O2 A bit like your customers with eSims. Took them a while to work out that they had no service, co y’know O2 don’t do communication

@O2 Please beware of O2 as if you go to the store with ID and but you can't remember any of your security questions, they will block your sim and call you imposter..#elthamo2store
