@O2 for some reason you have not collected monthly payment and have now cut me off. I can’t contact you by phone so how do I get my account reinstated. MyO2 not working either. Any solution?????

@O2 Thank you for your excellent customer service NOT !!! I cannot get to a O2 shop and cannot as I said previously access MyO2 ir chat. So why can’t you as a phone company call me. Is that too hard to do?
