what is going on with mobile data and signal in the uk? im on o2, i live in a city and i can barely get 3G these days, and when it is 4G it hardly works, but when i was in the middle of a mountain in cyprus i had 5G? something is going on and i need stacey dooley to investigate

@O2 @mattspx Waste of time. I’ve done this several times, only to be told a local mast is down, however I have the same lack of coverage wherever I am in the country, so clearly not a local issue. I know friends on other networks have same problem.

@O2 @mattspx Been with O2 for too long now only to get quicker virgin media broadband. Struggle to get any signal at all locally to Bath and they’ve been telling me masts are down here! They have been now for years! Shocking!

@O2 @mattspx like when the O2 fault teams constantly try and call you, leave a voicemail to try and talk to you about a fault where you can't get phone calls when you are at home.... but don't leave a number to call back on

@O2 @mattspx Same where I am. Internet drops out. My phone will tell me I've missed a call- and it won't even have rung! We can't speak on a phone call, its like having a conversation with Nornan Collier- and yet we pay the full price for it!
