@O2 > 36hours now been waiting for e-sim stuck in processing, cant use phone, been told will take up to 5 wrking days to sort out, ☹️ help O2, need to use my phone for business!!!!!!
@O2 After speaking to customer service I was told to go to my local O2 shop, I’m disabled so can’t do that. Oh well there’s nothing I can do then was the reply!!
@O2 My number has been blocked for 5 days now! It is being used by fraudsters in Uganda. How is it possible? I’m still waiting to hear back from your fraud department. Do you have people inside your company doing this?
