@O2 @audibleuk @audiblesupport -I'm frustrated and have been trying to activate Audible Extra for days with no success. After countless conversations with both companies, I keep getting passed around. Please resolve this issue-I'm done wasting hours on chats only to be cut off.

@O2 @O2 I'm STILL having trouble accessing my Audible extra. Promotional code &link you provided don’t work-multiple attempts and speaking with several parties, issue remains unresolved. If a promotion is offered, shouldn’t it be honored? going on for days with no solution.#O2extra

@O2 As mentioned the problem is still on going. The link you have provided to activate my extra for audible still doesn’t work. Activation failed is the error message I receive and I have limited time to activate my extra.
