@O2 I placed an order on 29th Nov, it was due to arrive on the 3rd Dec. No emails to say it's been dispatched but I have a DHL tracking number which says it's waiting to be collected by the courier? But DHL site says it doesn't exist. Where is my order?

Hi Sara 😟 There's currently a delay with orders being dispatched and delivered. Your order will be sent as soon as possible, and you’ll be kept updated via text message. Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive a message from the courier with delivery information. Thanks for your patience.

@O2 But it's now the 10th of November and there has been no communication (except this generic reply). What exactly is the delay? And when am I likely to receive my order?
