@O2 I signed up for an eSim, but I've either been able to receive calls or text messages, not both. I rang 202 yesterday and they said a new SIM would be with me today, but it's not arrived. Can I get a SIM card from anywhere, but an O2 shop? Or can I use an old SIM card?

@O2 I was also asking if it was possible to reactivate an old SIM card because I have my old iPhone one.

@O2 I think you misunderstood my original tweet. I’m disabled and explained I couldn’t get to an o2 store, so was asking if I could get a SIM any other way on the high street. I’ve already had a card posted out to me, but it’s not arrived, I’m guessing due of the Xmas rush.
