@O2 worst customer service I’ve ever been through. Upgraded at the weekend and since then had no service. Being told conflicting things to the point that it now comes over as lies. No one on the phone has any idea what is happening. Still awaiting a call from a supervisor.

@O2 @morgan_holly will direct message you about how bad the service and issue is. The rudeness of staff in the o2 shop in Dunfermline, the 3 days with no phone service and no one having an idea of what’s going on: being told 1-3 days in the post, 1-2 hours and now 5 working days!
