@O2 my son's phone (linked to my account) has been told he's out of data, but when the texts came through to alert him his data was switched off. Tried to do a live chat but got disconnected and it won't re connect. Please help!

@O2 I already did. My issue is that his data was switched off when he supposedly used the last of it up.

@O2 I don't think you're properly reading what I've written. My son makes sure he switches off his data when he's using WiFi, and that was the case yesterday when he received the messages saying he'd used it all up. How could he use it up when it's switched off?!
