@O2 my uncle who has had a stroke had his phone stolen we have been trying to get him a new sim but your company would help him because he couldn't remember his password he's had a stoke ! so after 8 hrs try to sort i took him to sky. disgusting customer service 02

@O2 Yes and I spoke to that team and they said they had put notes on his account to explain everything and they would help him if he rang back so he did and they wouldn't help he travelled 10 miles on a bus to nearest o2 shop with ID and again they didn't help him
