After 24 years, I think it’s time to move away from @O2. I honestly can’t remember the last time I was able to speak to someone without using the wifi in my house. Can’t even go outside and talk to someone the signal is that bad!

@O2 @mitchellsingh89 This is a massive waste of time I’m in exactly the boat, cannot use my phone without WiFi in my own home, cannot use my phone in large parts of my town due to coverage issues and you keep saying the same things as the above.

@O2 @mitchellsingh89 likewise,my 3 year mobile phone contract ended in october & they still charge full price,for airtime & handset,for last 10+ yrs i got another contract,doubt it this time

@O2 @mitchellsingh89 Talking of service issues...I have asked before and been blanked..any chance of fixing the data issues in Glasgow city center? From Bell st,thru Ingram at up to cathedral st it does not work. Every single day!!
