Hi @O2. Why have I got absolutely no signal? Not even 1 bar. Your service gets worse every day.

@O2 @teejwxm Mines the same has been for ages now! Tried speaking to customer services and get nowhere. I'm off to another provider as soon as I can!

@O2 @teejwxm I reported my ongoing issues (again) a few weeks ago, and was told there was an issue that was apparently then fixed...this is my signal after the issue was apparently sorted. Exactly the same as always. Without wifi, my phone is useless at home!

@1978vickib Thank you for that information. Is this the same both in and outside the property?

@O2 Yes. I struggle with my signal most of the time.

@1978vickib How is the service today? Has there been any change?

@O2 No, it never does! It's exactly the same now 🙄
