@O2 well after having 2 accounts for years and no issues and it working fine you have now logged me out of my o2 app and I now can’t access it at all no matter what I try . Why? It was working fine. Looks like I will be needing 2 x pac codes.

@O2 Tells me to make a new password through the link it sends me then asks me to link it to my virgin account or something. Am not arsed anymore spent too much time trying to do it quicker to just get a pac code in August when the contract is up. Shame really coz been with o2 5yr.
